Are There Any Posts Alive Out There?

As I sit here recovering from Vegas, and getting ready to write up the full Electric Flusher Carnival Trip Report, it's hard to believe there are over 1100 posts in this blog, many of them spattered with country throw-up gravy, and too precious few illustrated with pics of Royals Flush.

Out of all that drivel, like the drunk at a party who won't shut up, occasionally there are words worth hearing. Or reading, in this case.

Sometimes posts get strong reactions with tons of comments, many of them positive, and sometimes, I just like a particular post a lot.

So, I've been putting together a list of the Top Ten posts of all time. And since there isn't any new content today, why not rehash some old content?!

Think of it this way. Out of a group of 1172 things, there are to be a few good ones, right? At the same time, the bottom 50 things are going to be pretty crappy. (Think of this next time you choose a doctor - somebody had to have finished last in the class at med school, and that guy or gal is probably your health care professional. Hopefully not, but you get the drivel.)

Anyway, enough blah blah blah, here are some candidates for best posts ever.
