My roommate turned me on to your blog several years back. As someone who couldn't go to Vegas for a long stretch due to financial and personal problems, reading about the epic adventures of the Royal Flusher and the Quad Queen in the city and casinos I loved helped me through some very dark times. I can't thank you enough for that.
I obviously don't know either of you personally, but seeing pictures of a woman dealing with such a cruel and unfair situation with nothing but big smiles on her face, and her husband showing the absolute true meaning of love by taking such incredible care of wife while knowing their remaining time together was limited really touched my soul in ways that I can't explain with words. The news media tells us every day how awful this world is and how it's crumbling down. Reading about the last days of RF and the QQ together has restored my faith in humanity and brought me tears on more than one occasion.
RF, please continue to lean on those close to you and know that you have many people out there in the world that you've never met rooting for you!
